  • We are working with our team to ensure all proper hygiene practices are used (face/hand/coughing hygiene)
  • Tempered glass barriers for ‘over the counter’ interactions
  • Contactless check-in available
  • Housekeeping on demand
  • Facemasks are worn by staff in public areas when social distancing perimeters are not consistently possible
  • 2 people maximum in the elevator at one time recommended
  • Hand sanitizing stations in public areas
  • Gloves and masks are worn by our Housekeeping teams
  • We are maintaining social distancing to the best of our ability with social distancing reminders on our floors
  • Our cleaning routines to ensure all guest room and public space high-touch areas receive extra disinfection – to include but not limited to: switches and electronics controls, handles and knobs, bathroom surfaces, climate controls, telephones/remotes/clocks, bed and bedding, hard surfaces and closet goods
  • We use disinfecting cleaner in all of our common areas with extra attention to high-touch areas
  • Any team member exhibiting symptoms and/or has a fever is asked to go home or stay at home
