Go Green Policy
When saying yes to the “Go Green” program, you are doing your part in helping us reduce the number of products and energy consumed during daily room maintenance.
Check-In
Check-in begins at 4 p.m. The registered guest must be at least 19 years of age and present a valid credit card in their name along with one piece of government-issued photo identification. Guests arriving before check-in are welcome to store their luggage with Guest Services until their room is ready.
Check-Out
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Please return your room keys to the front desk upon departure. Any undisclosed purchases of room amenities, robes, or other non-complimentary items may be charged to the guest’s account after departure.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be charged one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.
Smoking Policy
Hotel Rialto is a 100% non-smoking property. Guests who smoke in guest rooms or other non-designated areas will be responsible for all cleaning and reconditioning costs, with a minimum charge of $250.
Children
Children 15 years of age and under stay free when accompanied by an adult. A variety of room types are available for families and larger groups.
Pet Policy
Hotel Rialto welcomes small dogs under 40 lbs in designated pet-friendly rooms. A fee of $50 per pet, per stay applies. Availability is limited; guests are encouraged to request a pet-friendly room when booking.
Parking
Secure self-parking is available for hotel guests for $25 per day.
